RETURN, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Get N Go impex Pvt Ltd (GNGGO)

At Get n Go Impex Pvt Ltd (herein after referred as “GNGGO”), we understand that plans can change. Customers may cancel their service request any time before the vehicle is dispatched for pickup. Once the service is out for delivery or already in progress, cancellation will no longer be possible. However, customers may choose to decline the service at the time of vehicle return. The cancellation window may vary depending on the type of service selected. Once this specified window expires, cancellations may not be permitted or may incur a cancellation fee, as mentioned on the booking confirmation or service detail page. The time window and fee details shown at the time of booking will be considered final. In rare cases where a service is canceled from our side due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for any prepaid bookings. Get n Go Impex Pvt Ltd reserves the right to accept or deny any cancellation request. We also reserve the right to modify the cancellation window or waive off any applicable fees at our sole discretion and without prior notice We reserve the right to cancel your order, in whole or in part, for reasons including product unavailability, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), suspected fraudulent activity, violation of our Terms of Use, or logistical constraints. In all instances of cancellation (by us), you will not be charged for the canceled order. Any payments you have already made will be promptly refunded within 5-7 business days for any cancellations. You can track the status of your refund on the Order Details page/section. Our return, cancellation, and refund policies may be subject to additional reasonable terms and conditions. These will be communicated to you periodically through the Platform's push notifications or other communication methods as outlined within these Terms or as determined by the Company.

1. What is GNGGO Refund Policy?

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Change of Mind / Not Satisfied with the Product: If you decide you no longer want the product, we will process a refund after deducting applicable logistics charges to cover round-trip shipping costs. These charges are based on the value of your order:
  • Logistics Charges:
    ● Order below Rs.1000: Rs.150
    ● Rs.1,001 – Rs.2500: Rs.200
    ● Rs.2,501 – Rs.5,000: Rs.350
    ● Rs.5,001 – Rs.10,000: Rs.550
    ● Rs.10,001 – Rs.15,000: Rs.1,000
  • Incorrect Product or Size Ordered: If you accidentally ordered the wrong product or size, we will issue a refund after deducting the applicable logistics charges (as listed above).

Important Note:

Refunds will not be issued if the product has been used, installed, or altered in any way. Items must be returned in their original condition, completely unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact

2. What is GNGGO Replacement Policy?

We provide replacements in the following situations:

    a. Damaged or Incorrect Product:
  • If you receive a product that is damaged or not what you ordered, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please ensure the issue is reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • b. Change of Mind or Wrong Size/Color:
  • If you wish to replace a product due to a change in preference or an incorrect size or color choice, we are happy to help. However, logistics charges will apply as per the pricing tiers mentioned in our refund policy.

3. What if I Receive a Used, Broken, or Incorrect Product?

If you happen to receive a product that is used, broken, or incorrect, here's what to do:

    a. Notify Us Within 2 Days:
  • Contact us within 2 days of delivery, and we will arrange a free replacement.
  • b. Prefer a Refund?
  • If you would rather not receive a replacement, we can issue a refund after deducting applicable logistics charges.

4. When Are Returns or Replacements Not Accepted?

We will not process a return or replacement under the following conditions:

  • a. Altered Products
  • If the product has been used, installed, or modified in any way, it is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • b. Non-Returnable Items
  • Certain items cannot be returned due to their nature, usage, or other practical reasons. These include, but are not limited to: brake fluid, compressor sub-parts, ignition coils, fuel pumps, control units, steering column switches, and many other similar products. 5. How to Request a Return or Replacement?

To initiate a return or replacement, please follow these simple steps:

  • b. Wait for a Response Our team will respond within 24 hours and assist you with the next steps in the process.

6. How Are Refunds Handled for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders?

For orders placed via Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • a. Refund Method
  • To process a refund, please provide your UPI ID or bank account details through which products were originally purchased.

  • If your order total was ₹1,000 and you paid ₹130 as COD charges:
    ○ Refund = ₹1,000 − ₹150 (logistics) = ₹850
    ○ COD charges of ₹130 are non-refundable

7. Can I Exchange My Product for Another One?

Yes! You can exchange your product for another of equal or lower value. Here's how it works:

  • a. If the Replacement is of Lower Value
  • The difference will be refunded to your bank account.
  • b. If the Replacement is of Higher Value
  • You'll be required to pay the difference via bank transfer (details will be shared by email).
  • c. Logistics Charges
  • Standard logistics charges will apply for all exchanges.
  • Exchange Processing Time Exchanges are typically processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned product at our warehouse.

8. Unboxing Video Requirement

An unboxing video is mandatory for all returns, exchanges, and replacements. This video helps us verify the condition of the product and ensures a faster and smoother resolution process.

9. Warranty Claims

To raise a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  • a. Return the Product
  • Ship the product back to our warehou se.
  • b. Processing the Replacement
  • Once we receive the returned item and the brand approves the warranty claim, your replacement will be processed within 3 working days.
  • c. Need Assistance?
  • If you require help with a warranty claim, please contact us directly.
  • Our team will guide you through the process based on the specific brand’s warranty policy.
  • d. Final Decision on Fault Claims:
  • The final decision regarding claims of manufacturing defects or product faults will be made by GNGGO and the supplier involved.
Note: Warranty coverage varies by manufacturer. While GNGGO will assist with claim procedures, we do not offer direct warranties ourselves.

10. General Guidelines

Packaging & Shipping for Returns/Exchanges
Please ensure all return or exchange items are properly packed and shipped. This does not apply to items returned due to damage or incorrect delivery.

Quality Check
All returned items go through a mandatory quality inspection. Returns that fail to meet our standards will not be accepted.

  • Policy Misuse
    If we detect repeated purchases of the same item with a pattern of returning most of them, we may apply return fees or refuse service.
